Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new leads, including heavy cold-calling
  • Manage accounts to maintain existing customer relationships and grow share of business
  • Negotiate and pitch services to customers and carrier
  • Use both traditional and electronic communication tools to make contact with clients
  • Collaborate with your team on pricing decisions, supplier selection and deadlines
  • Update information within internal systems

Qualifications:

  • Direct sales experience preferred
  • A college degree in business, logistics or transportation field preferred
  • Entrepreneurial spirited, with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has a team player mentality, and the desire to learn
